Challenge: WestRover had been operating for years as the only NADD facility in the State of Alabama, but you'd never know it from their online presence. They had no standalone website of their own; their information lived buried within the 280 Animal Medical Center site, leaving visitors confused about what WestRover actually was and offered. Most assumed it was simply an extension of the vet clinic rather than its own established destination for dogs and their people.

Insight: When a business shares its digital home with another brand, it loses its own voice — and its own audience. WestRover had the legacy, the credentials, and the community to stand on its own. It just needed copy that said so.

Strategy: Give WestRover a distinct identity, separate from 280 AMC, with copy that was fun, energetic, and welcoming. Lead with the experience: the thrill of the splash, while maintaining credibility. Speak to every dog owner, not just competitive handlers, making clear that WestRover is for every dog deserves a good time.
